The Islamic Political Party of America (IPPA) acknowledges Allah as the Sovereign Creator of the Universe, who has entrusted to humanity the right and responsibility to rule over the affairs of the world. IPPA acknowledges that Muhammad Ibn Abdullah is the Last Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and we find him in the best of conduct for the affairs of mankind.

IPPA commits itself to this nation to uphold a leadership of integrity, righteous conduct and moral character, and to administer its tasks with a prudent spirit. We adhere to a moral philosophy that is based upon the Word of Allah and the traditions of His beloved Holy Last Messenger (pbuh) and measure the interpretation of our policies against the prerequisites of Islamic Standards.

IPPA was formed for the purpose of encouraging the Islamic political alternatives. Being the very first national Islamic Political Party in the United States, it will provide for the Muslims, and ALL morally conscious citizens, a means to gain confidence in the political process that particularly in recent years has left us totally without moral choice and under the domination of men of questionable characters throughout our governing systems. IPPA will present Islamic guidance on contemporary issues. It will develop convincing policies on economy, environment, health, education, social affairs, international relations, and many other aspects of modern life.

IPPA will provide accurate, well-presented information about Islam to the general public who many will find their way to Islam through its dynamic approach. IPPA will also present and support the candidacies of American Muslims for public offices; those who support the platform of IPPA, who exemplify Islamic doctrines in their own lives and who venture to lead the government of this country in same manner.

IPPA seeks to give the Muslims in America a voice in matters relating to the future of this society. Featuring among the objectives of the party is our desire to improve through planning and organization our situation in a world ruled by forces prejudiced with anti-Islamic sentiments.

Though IPPA’s main efforts will be to focus on the lives and conditions of Muslims in this society, we however see that through our efforts the umbrella of our platform will encompass even the non-Muslims living here, who are to be offered our practical alternatives to the mounting problems of modern society and need to made to realize that as an ideology and way of life Al-Islam is superior to the failed ideologies of capitalism and communism.
